


I was raised inside a high-control religious environment where obedience was valued over intuition, silence was rewarded, and the body was something to ignore rather than trust. Like many who grow up in these systems, I learned early how to disconnect from myself in order to belong.
Leaving that environment did not immediately bring relief. It brought grief, fear, identity collapse, and a deep nervous system reckoning. I had to learn—slowly and painfully—how to rebuild self-trust, safety, and internal authority without replacing one belief system with another.
That lived experience is the foundation of my work.
I understand religious trauma not as a crisis of belief, but as a disruption to the nervous system, sense of self, and relationship to authority. I know what it is like to lose community, certainty, and identity all at once—and to rebuild without spiritual bypassing or denial.

Over the past several years, I have worked with many adults navigating:
• Religious deconstruction and trauma recovery
• Identity loss after leaving a religious group or high-control environment
• Emotional suppression, shame conditioning, and fear-based compliance
• Boundary collapse and people-pleasing
• Nervous system dysregulation and chronic hypervigilance
My work blends somatic integration, trauma-informed life coaching, and grounded energy awareness to help clients reconnect with their bodies, process stored emotional material, and rebuild a stable sense of self that does not rely on external authority.

Somatic Integration works directly with the body's stress response, helping shift the nervous system out of fight- or-flight and into a state of rest and repair. By calming overactive patterns, it restores balance, lowers tension, and supports long-term resilience.

The body often holds onto unresolved experiences in the form of tightness, pain, or fatigue. Somatic Integration helps surface and release these patterns gently, creating space for both physical relaxation and emotional clarity.

Somatic Integration bridges physical touch with mindful awareness , recognizing that the body and mid are always inseparable. This integration allows clients to feel more grounded, connected, and present in their own body.
A 60 minute guided, body-based session focused on slowing down, listening to your nervous system, and reconnecting with yourself. Sessions will include breathwork, journaling, Inner child work and gentle body awareness with soft music to deeply relax. We will identify triggers and glimmers and support regulation and integration. Available as single sessions at $88 or bundled 4 sessions for $320
